Job Description

About the company:

Chessbrainz is a leading Sports Tech company based in Mumbai with a presence in 50+ countries, empowering kids (ages 5–14) worldwide through structured chess education and technology-driven learning.

Location - Ghatkopar west, Mumbai

Working days- 6 days

Work time - 11am - 8pm

Work setup - Work from office

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain and organize company records, documents, and files (both physical and digital).
  • Coordinate with internal teams for administrative requirements and documentation.
  • Assist in vendor management, including invoice tracking and communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory documentation.
  • Handle basic accounting coordination (invoices, receipts, reimbursements, etc.)
  • Manage office supplies, assets, and general administrative tasks.
