Job Description

  1. Responsibilities:
  2. Answering phone calls, responding to queries, and replying to emails.
  3. Preparing expense reports and office budgets.
  4. Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
  5. Manage end to end travel plans pan India and International efficiently and cost-effectively airlines, trains, transport, and hotels.
  6. Negotiate on best rates through vendors every time there is a travel occurrence.
