LMS Administrator: Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling Learning Management System (LMS).
- Executing planned activities (Schedule mails, Reminders, Monitoring Live sessions and other assigned time to time activities.)
- Creating Course/Batch/uploading materials.
- Providing access.
- Responding customer/Inside sales managers queries in a timely manner.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely manner.
- Liaison between trainers, admin team & others
- Follow-up on the assigned tasks and working on TAT's.
- Handling last minute requirements in a positive manner.
- Good in coordination, team player & other activities assigned in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Course Plan creation & execution capturing over all course flow, managing stakeholders, risk monitoring,SME reach out & ensuring module completions on time.
- The core performance role is to ensure effective delivery of the course program to learners in the allocated period for online & offline platforms
- Planning the essential modules for opted course for dedicated locations & for online course program within teaching space provided by management by Coordinating with Internal & freelance teaching faculties, planning process includes finalizing teaching slots while coordinating with the stakeholders.
- Ensuring faculty to have a strong presence in their teaching, overviewing faculties feedback on lectures delivered by measuring feedbacks received from Learners, managing good feedbacks for the lectures delivered by faculties
- Course planning with internal stakeholders as well as the course rollout program for all the offline centers & for the online course program
- Planning and scheduling online & offline sessions for the internal as well as external faculties
- Preparing the schedule forecast plan for upcoming months and cost optimization by merging batches
- Bridging communication among multiple teams & maintaining the damage control & quality improvement required in the necessary fields
Required Qualification
- Minimum Qualification: Any graduate
- Experience: 1-2 Year experience in handling Live/offline Sessions.
- Strong Verbal & written communication skills.
- Rotational shifts/Weekoffs.
- Preferred: Anyone
