Job Description – Admin Executive (Female)
Position: Admin Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations, coordinate meetings, handle scheduling activities, and support internal teams. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong proficiency in Advanced Excel, and experience in customer service and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily administrative activities and ensure smooth office operations.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
• Maintain and manage calendars for management and key stakeholders.
• Prepare reports, MIS, trackers, and data analysis using Advanced Excel.
• Handle documentation, record maintenance, and office correspondence.
• Coordinate with vendors for office requirements, quotations, renewals, and service management.
• Act as a point of contact for customer queries and provide timely support.
• Organize internal meetings, events, and team activities.
• Ensure proper filing, inventory tracking, and administrative compliance.
• Support management with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks.
• Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis, Reports, etc.).
• Experience in calendar management and meeting coordination.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service orientation with problem-solving skills.
• Vendor management and coordination experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Eligibility Criteria
• Female candidates only.
• 2–3 years of experience in Administration, Executive Assistant, Office Coordination, or related roles.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Candidate should be willing to work from the office.
Location Requirement
Candidates must reside within 7 km radius of Ashok Nagar, Chennai for convenient daily commuting.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in Administration, Office Management, Executive Assistant, Front Office Administration, Customer Support, or Operations Coordination roles will be preferred.
