Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
- Manage reception desk
- Handle visitors and guest coordination
- Oversee office administration and daily operations
- Manage pantry, housekeeping, stationery, and office supplies
- Maintain inventory, records, and workplace organization
- Coordinate office maintenance, pest control, deep cleaning, and repairs
Vendor & Travel Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Manage invoices, bills, and documentation
- Book flights, hotels, and transportation for teams and clients
- Coordinate travel itineraries and logistics
HR & Employee Engagement
- Assist with recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
- Manage onboarding and off-boarding processes
- Maintain attendance, leaves, and employee records
- Organize team events, and celebrations and engagement activities
Finance & Administration
- Assist with payroll coordination based on attendance
- Manage petty cash and expense tracking
- Coordinate phone bill payments and administrative records
Asset & IT Coordination
- Provide basic IT and operational support
- Maintain office hardware, software, and asset records
- Manage issuance of laptops, SIM cards, and office assets
Operations & General Coordination
- Manage couriers, shipments, and documentation
- Coordinate medical insurance and employee support requirements
- Handle SIM issuance, roaming activation, SIM swaps, and e-SIM coordination
- Support smooth inter-departmental coordination and daily operational requirements
Preferred Background
- Prior experience in administration, HR coordination, operations, or office management
- Experience in luxury hospitality or a client-facing environment will be an added advantage
Skills Required

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Flexible and committed to work on weekends when required to support business needs and project timelines.
