Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues. Handling correspondence directed to managers. Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve current systems. Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners. Uphold a strict level of confidentiality. Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and client Excellent time management skills and well-developed organisational skills. Act as a point of contact for all clients and to prioritise and manage the manager's time Calendar management - schedule internal and client meetings. Vendor Management Arrange audio and video conference meetings/calls. Managing executive business itinerary for visiting Partners, includes arranging client meetings and logistics. Coordinate travel and accommodation, book cars, tickets, business visa etc. Promptly answer calls with courteous, professional and routing calls appropriately. Interact with internal and external clients, senior officials to coordinate conference calls, organise meetings, schedule appointments and manage calendar, update contacts database.
