This is a full-time, on-site role located in Visakhapatnam for an Admin & Education Counselor. The individual will manage administrative tasks such as student enrollment, scheduling classes, and maintaining records. Additionally, the role involves providing academic guidance, assisting students in choosing suitable courses, addressing queries, and supporting students in career planning and placement processes. Collaborating with trainers and maintaining smooth day-to-day functioning will be critical components of the position.

• Administrative Skills: Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with the ability to maintain records and coordinate schedules.
• Educational Guidance: Ability to counsel students, understand their career goals, and guide them in selecting appropriate courses and training programs.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in crafting clear and empathetic responses to students queries.
• Client Interaction: Experience in providing customer support, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of student satisfaction.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to resolve issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT courses like Python, Data Science, and Digital Marketing is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in any discipline, experience in mentorship or guidance roles, and proficiency in using office tools and management software.
