Admin cum Purchasing Executive
Salary: $2,200 - $3,500 per month (based on experience)
Working Days: 6 days per week
Location: Singapore East
Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and office support duties.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents.
- Source, compare, and negotiate with suppliers on pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier payments.
- Maintain accurate purchasing, inventory, and administrative records.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and office supplies.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in administration and purchasing is an advantage.
- Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents are preferred.
