We are looking for a proactive and responsible Admin cum HR to manage day-to-day office administration activities and support HR operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Oversee general office administration and coordinate with external vendors for daily operational needs.
  • Manage work quotations, purchase orders (POs), and handle cash payments related to office

expenses.

  • Coordinate with the HR team in Madurai for HR-related updates and activities.
  • Handle employee onboarding and exit formalities, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Actively participate in employee engagement and celebration activities.
  • Maintain and organize employee documentation and records with accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Word).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Good initiative and people-handling abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Interview Process

  • 1st Round: Virtual Interview with the HR Team
  • Final Round: F2F Interview with COO
