ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an Admin Cum Accounts Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities. This role involves documentation, CRM handling, and backend coordination to ensure smooth process execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Verify and validate student and operational documents
- Prepare and manage registration and internal documentation
- Handle CRM entries and maintain accurate data
- Support lot closing activities as per schedules
- Coordinate and assign examinations
- Assist in result generation and documentation
- Maintain organized records of all documents
- Coordinate with internal teams for operational tasks
- Handle additional administrative duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Experience in administration or operations support is an advantage
- Knowledge of CRM systems and documentation processes
- Proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines
