RESPONSIBILITIES

The Admin Associate is responsible for working with the Care & Integration Division Management Team on the implementation of support structures and activities of the 4Ps (specficially on Projects, People and Partnerships Pillars) within the division. The Associate reports to the Manager / Senior Executive, C&I HQ

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Partnerships

  • Assist in cultivating, coordinating and maintaining relationships with partners, including scheduling meetings, preparing briefings, and following up on agreed actions.
  • Help develop partnership proposals, concept notes, meeting decks and reports to secure and sustain collaborations and funding.
  • Track partnership activities, deliverables and deadlines, and maintain accurate partner databases and records.
  • Support the planning and delivery of events, campaigns or programmes (with /for partners), including logistics and basic communications materials.

People Engagement and Development

  • Assist in implemention of staff engagement and appreciation structures and sessions that promotes development and engagement within the division and respective departments.
  • Work closely with our internal stakeholders e.g. HR on the above structures and sessions as part of seeking service excellence and quality of service for the people and communities served.

Projects

  • Assist with collaboration with the departments within the division to ensure the smooth execution of projects, processes and partnership initiatives.
  • Events/Activities: Liaise with the departments within the divison to 1)maintain the division's events/activities Calendar and 2)arrange with the departments to promote their events/activities via internal and external platforms.

Other Responsibilities & Duties

  • Coordinate the collection and oversee the compilation and analysis of data/information from departments within and across divisions.
  • Prepare write-ups/presentation slides required for funding applications, events and visits.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned by management for programmes and projects in the Division where required.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma or Higher Nitec Holder
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in partnerships, programme coordination, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital collaboration tools and learning platforms preferred
