Job Title: Office Admin Assistant

Position Type- Contractual (1 year)

Location: Gurugram/Noida/Hyderabad

Work Mode- 5-day work from office, Shift: Night shift

Summary:

An Admin Assistant is responsible for ensuring that an office is organized and that daily tasks are completed efficiently. Admin Assistants have a wide range of duties to complete, and they must be willing to take on extra administrative tasks as and when required by colleagues and managers.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients or suppliers via email, over the phone or in person
  • Welcoming visitors to the building, organizing security clearance and showing them to meetings
  • Booking meeting rooms for colleagues and arranging meeting schedules
  • Organizing filing systems and updating office databases
  • Processing invoices, tracking receipts, inputting expenses and other basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Arranging travel plans and hotel stays for staff members
  • Scheduling office meetings between teams, managers and departments
  • Responding to questions and requests for information

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Experience in vendor management and overall office administration
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
