About The Opportunity
We are currently seekiministrative Assistant to join our managed Healthcare team to assist in our provider relations team
- Identify and allocate cases for various programs through the system and mailbox.
- Create case folders and update the processing tracker to facilitate smooth handover to assessors.
- Conduct preliminary review of cases and verify that providers professional fees comply with statutory guidelines.
- Gather required medical information and documentation from members and providers to support claim assessments.
- Maintain professional, clear, and timely communication with clients and providers.
- Ensure all cases are actioned on the same day the request is received.
- Escalate urgent and emergency cases promptly to assessors.
- Any other administrative tasks
Requirements
- Meticulous
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookup and basic pivot tables are often required for managing large lists of doctors).
