Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Admin cum CRM Executive to manage day-to-day office operations, coordinate client communications, handle delivery follow-ups, create and maintain databases, and support business development activities through exhibitions and industry events. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, coordination ability, and a professional attitude.
Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities
- Handle office coordination, vendor management, stationery, and general office upkeep
- Maintain records, documents, and operational reports
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and internal schedules
- Support HR and management with routine operational tasks
Client Relationship Management (CRM)
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding project updates and deliveries
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain and update CRM database, client records, follow-up schedules, and reporting systems
- Create and manage databases of clients, vendors, prospects, exhibition contacts, and business leads as required
- Handle client queries professionally through calls, emails, and meetings
- Build long-term relationships with existing clients
Exhibition & Business Development Support
- Visit trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to identify potential clients and business opportunities
- Generate and maintain new prospect databases and lead pipelines
- Support the business development team in lead generation and follow-ups
- Coordinate exhibition participation logistics, data collection, and communication
- Prepare reports and insights from exhibitions and networking activities
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in administration, CRM, client servicing, coordination, or database management roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
- Ability to organize and maintain structured databases and reports
- Smart personality with professional presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently
- Willingness to travel for exhibitions and client meetings
Preferred Experience
- Experience in design agency, marketing agency, exhibition industry, or consumer product sector will be an added advantage
- Prior exposure to client servicing, lead management, and exhibition coordination preferred
