About the Company

Ultratech is a company focused on operational reliability, plant performance, and disciplined execution across site-based functions. The team depends on people who can coordinate day-to-day work, keep records accurate, support compliance, and make sure operations stay organized and cost-controlled. This role sits close to the work that keeps sites running smoothly, from manpower planning and documentation to sampling, reporting, and coordination with supervisors and fitters. The environment is practical, hands-on, and centered on service delivery, process control, and steady follow-through. The right person will help the team maintain order across multiple operational touchpoints, support billing and documentation needs, and contribute to safe, efficient O&M execution. This is a role for someone who can balance administration with field coordination and keep routine work moving without gaps.

About the Role

The Admin & Site Supervisor will own the coordination that keeps O&M activity structured, documented, and ready for execution. The role combines site administration, manpower planning, sampling support, billing documentation, and day-to-day operational oversight for ETP/STP activities. Success means the department has the right people, the right records, and timely support for routine work, issue resolution, and compliance needs. The position requires someone who can work closely with fitters, supervisors, and site teams to keep operations moving, identify bottlenecks, and support troubleshooting when plants face issues. It also requires discipline in recordkeeping, chemical logs, challans, and monthly operational documents so billing and reporting remain accurate. The job is suited to a hands-on operator who can move between office coordination and site follow-up with equal confidence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare salary inputs and roster plans for the O&M department so manpower deployment stays accurate, timely, and aligned to daily site needs.
  • Coordinate site readiness, manpower arrangements, and operational follow-up so work is supported without avoidable delays or manpower gaps.
  • Conduct routine sampling and analysis of influent, effluent, and sewage samples, either in-house or through external support, to sustain treatment effectiveness.
  • Maintain the documents needed for O&M billing, including monthly activity reports, wage registers, and HR compliance records, so billing is supported by complete evidence.
  • Support site visits, delivery challan preparation, and coordination with fitters and supervisors so field issues are resolved quickly and operational continuity is protected.
  • Monitor ETP and STP operations, inspect equipment regularly, and assist in troubleshooting bottlenecks so plant performance remains stable and within budget.
  • Track chemical usage and operational records carefully so the team can control cost, maintain compliance, and respond quickly to audits or internal checks.

Essential Skills & Technologies

  • Strong working knowledge of ETP/STP operations, including routine monitoring, sampling, and basic troubleshooting, so plant performance can be managed with confidence.
  • Good command over site administration, roster preparation, wage-related documentation, and manpower coordination so operations stay organized and properly staffed.
  • Ability to prepare and maintain accurate reports, challans, billing documents, and compliance records so downstream approval and invoicing do not get delayed.
  • Practical understanding of water and sewage testing, chemical records, and sample handling so operational decisions are based on reliable field data.
  • Comfortable working with supervisors, fitters, and site teams to resolve day-to-day issues and keep execution moving without avoidable friction.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and time management so multiple site and admin responsibilities are handled without losing control of priorities.

Additional Plus

  • Prior exposure to O&M billing support and HR compliance documentation would help the person contribute faster in a structured site environment.
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sites or shifting operational priorities would be useful for managing work across changing field conditions.
  • Exposure to plant operations in a service or infrastructure setting would be an advantage for understanding site discipline and reporting expectations.

What You'll Bring

  • A disciplined approach to site administration and operational coordination, with the ability to keep manpower, records, and follow-ups aligned to daily requirements.
  • A practical mindset for handling routine plant support, sampling checks, and issue resolution while keeping service quality and continuity in focus.
  • The ability to work closely with technical and site teams, translate issues into action, and keep documentation complete for billing and compliance.
  • A steady, detail-oriented work style that helps the department control costs, reduce delays, and maintain reliable O&M execution.
