Job Description

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate operations between internal and external departments.
  • Liaise with Class, Contractors and Workers.
  • Work closely with the client to update project progress report.
  • Monitor and inspect the progress of the project-on-site to ensure that the works are implemented based on good quality, finishes and standards, and that project is on schedule, and within budget.
  • Oversee and manage a team of the site workers to ensure full customer satisfaction with the site activities being carried out.
  • To handle office documents, sorting and filing according to project file.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Degree holder in any discipline with more than 3 years of relevant working experience in offshore project.
  • Responsible for planning and supervision of all operational activities.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with all level of people.
  • Mature with initiative to work independently.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel and Project )
  • Excellent project & people management skills
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English - in order to liaise with Chinese specking associates.
