We are looking for a detail-oriented Admin & Operations Executive to support our daily operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of our office and contributing to the overall productivity of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations
  • Assist in the planning and execution of various office activities
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain records, files, and documents in an organized manner
  • Handle communication with vendors and clients
  • Support in budgeting and financial tracking for office expenses
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required

Skills and Qualifications
