About the RoleAshapura Agro Comm is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin & HR Executive with strong administrative capabilities. The primary focus of this role is office administration, along with supporting HR operations such as recruitment, documentation, and employee coordination.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministration (Primary Responsibility)- Manage day-to-day office operations including housekeeping, pantry, office supplies, and overall facility management.
- Handle vendor management, service providers, AMC renewals, and utility payments.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and coordination with technicians to ensure smooth functioning of office equipment.
- Manage travel arrangements, hotel bookings, vehicle coordination, and employee reimbursements.
- Handle front desk activities, visitor management, couriers, and logistics.
- Support management in meeting coordination, scheduling, minutes of meeting, and follow-ups.
- Ensure the workspace remains clean, organized, and professional at all times.
- Coordinate with the IT service provider/vendor for tech support and issue resolution.
- Basic troubleshooting of laptops, printers, scanners, Wi-Fi, and office network.
- Manage email setups, password resets, user access, and IT onboarding for new employees.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets (laptops, accessories, software licenses).
- Ensure timely renewal of subscriptions, antivirus, and software tools.
- Support in setting up systems for meetings and presentations (Zoom/Teams/Projector).
Human Resources- Support recruitment activities: job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Handle Employee Onboarding & Exit formalities.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and other HR documents.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal communication.
- Assist in performance management tracking and documentation.
- Support statutory compliance by maintaining required HR documentation online as well as offline.
Skills & Competencies- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Positive attitude with attention to detail.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in Admin or HR roles preferred.
- HR/Admin certifications are an added advantage.
