Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst (ADM) with a strong technical background and proven experience in the
banking domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to analyze requirements, support API-driven solutions, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise applications in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements.
- Work extensively with RESTful APIs, including understanding request/response structures using JSON and XML.
- Perform API analysis and validation using tools such as Postman and Swagger.
- Collaborate with development teams on microservices-based architectures and API integrations.
- Support implementation of API gateways, authentication, and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, JWT).
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Assist in UAT planning, test case review, and defect triage.
- Ensure proper documentation such as BRD, FRD, user stories, process flows, and data mappings.
- Work closely with DevOps and delivery teams to support release management and deployments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong technical exposure.
- Banking domain experience minimum 1 year (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
- Good understanding of microservices architecture and system integrations.
- Familiarity with API gateways and security protocols such as OAuth and JWT.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong documentation and presentation abilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in large-scale ADM or enterprise transformation projects.
- Exposure to core banking systems, digital banking, or financial services platforms.
