We are looking for an experienced
ADAS RADAR Technical Lead to drive the
design, development, and validation of radar perception algorithms for next-generation ADAS and autonomous driving systems. The role involves technical ownership of
signal processing, object detection, tracking, and fusion-ready radar outputs, working closely with system, hardware, and validation teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of RADAR signal processing and perception algorithms
- Range–Doppler–Angle processing
- CFAR detection
- Clustering & object tracking (Kalman/Extended Kalman, IMM, JPDA)
- Own end-to-end radar perception pipeline
- Raw ADC → detections → tracks → object list
- Optimize algorithms for automotive-grade real-time constraints
- Own technical roadmap for radar algorithms
- Mentor algorithm engineers and guide design reviews
- Drive architectural decisions for radar processing chain
- Support porting of algorithms to embedded targets (DSP / SoC / MCU)
- Collaborate with software teams for:
- Fixed-point optimization
- Memory and performance tuning
- Implementation of algorithms using C/C++
Qualifications
B.E / B.Tech in ECE / CSE / EEE or related field
Essential Skills
- Strong background in RADAR signal processing
- Experience with SR/LR radar
- Solid understanding of:
- FFT, windowing, filtering
- Doppler processing
- Angle of arrival estimation (MUSIC, beamforming)
- Object tracking and multi-target tracking algorithms
- C++ for embedded algorithm deployment (Mandatory)
- Understanding of automotive communication (CAN / Ethernet)
- Experience working on L2 / L2+ ADAS features
- Familiarity with sensor fusion concepts
- Awareness of ISO 26262 / ASPICE processes
Experience
- 5–7 years in radar algorithm development
- 2+ years in technical leadership or module ownership role
