JD:
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage Adaptive Insights integrations (inbound and outbound)
- Support data integrations using Adaptive Integration Framework, APIs, flat files, and ETL tools
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration, data load, and performance issues
- Partner with Finance and FP&A teams to understand planning, forecasting, and reporting requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of overall experience in FP&A systems or EPM implementations
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adaptive Insights (Workday Adaptive Planning)
- Strong experience in Adaptive integrations, including:
- Adaptive Integration Framework (AIF)
- APIs / Data loads
- Data modeling and metadata management
- Workday Adaptive Insights Expertise
(Hands-on implementation, modeling, reporting, dashboards, data integration) - Financial Systems Transformation
(Experience leading finance system modernization and business process redesign) - Enterprise SaaS Integrations
(Adaptive integration with systems like NetSuite, Coupa, and other SaaS platforms) - Architecture & Data Design
(Solution architecture, financial data models, multi-entity/global design) - Application & Platform Optimization
(Handling complex transformations, performance tuning, scalability improvements)
