Job Description:
We are looking for adynamic and results-driven Ads Sales Specialistto join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for digital advertising, and a proven track record in outbound sales. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, growing existing accounts, and helping businesses achieve their goals through effective Ads solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales:Prospect and engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and other channels to promote Ads services.
- Sales Strategy:Understand client objectives and recommend Ads solutions that align with their business goals.
- Target Achievement:Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Ads Expertise:Provide insights and guidance to clients on optimising Ads performance and maximising ROI.
- Reporting:Maintain accurate sales records, report performance metrics, and track progress against goals.
- AI Utilization:Leverage AI tools to enhance sales efficiency and performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree inBusiness, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum2 years of outbound sales experience, preferably indigital advertising, Ads, or digital platform services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong background inoutbound salesand client acquisition.
- Must hold avalid Ads certification(e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
