We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and result-orientedAd Sales Senior Managerto spearhead our advertising sales function and accelerate revenue growth at CereOne Media. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry relationships, a deep understanding of digital media ecosystems, and the ability to lead high-impact sales initiatives.
Role Overview:
As an Ad Sales Senior Manager, you will own end-to-end revenue delivery by leading the ad sales pipeline, driving key partnerships with brands and agencies, and mentoring the sales team. You will play a pivotal role in scaling our media monetisation efforts while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and flawless campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Revenue & Strategy
- Develop, lead, and optimise ad sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals.
- Grow and manage a high-value sales pipeline with a focus on brand partnerships, agencies, and direct advertisers.
- Identify emerging market opportunities and design sales approaches to tap into new verticals and sectors.
- Drive forecasting, sales planning, and performance tracking.
2.Client & Agency Management
- Build, nurture, and expand strong relationships with key advertisers, media agencies, and strategic partners.
- Lead senior-level client pitches, negotiations, and business closures.
- Ensure long-term client retention through consultative selling and solution-oriented campaign planning.
3.Team & Collaboration
- Guide and mentor junior sales members (if applicable) to strengthen overall team performance.
- Collaborate with internal teamscontent, operations, finance, and marketingto ensure smooth campaign executions.
- Provide leadership during campaign development to align on brand goals and delivery expectations.
4.Execution & Reporting
- Oversee end-to-end ad campaign execution, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Track KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and share detailed reports with clients and leadership.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure documentation of deals, contracts, and client communications.
Requirements:
- 69 years of proven experience in digital media ad sales, brand partnerships, or agency-facing roles.
- Strong network within brands, agencies, and digital advertising circles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales forecasting and reporting tools.
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and maintain long-term client relationships.
