Role Description:
The Ad Sales & Monetization Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing advertising and sponsorship opportunities across the organization's communication channels, including digital platforms, outreach initiatives, and partner collaborations. The manager will build and maintain relationships with advertisers and partners, create tailored media proposals, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely execution of campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting new clients, managing a sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing monetization strategies while aligning with the organization's pro bono and ethical mission. The role also involves collaborating with legal and communications teams to ensure that all promotional and monetization activities are compliant, transparent, and consistent with brand values.
