Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ad Sales Marketing Manager based in Bhopal. The individual in this role will be responsible for planning and executing advertising sales strategies, establishing and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue through partnerships and sponsorship sales. The day-to-day tasks include managing sales campaigns, negotiating contracts, identifying new opportunities, and coordinating with the editorial and design teams to integrate advertising seamlessly into the platform's content.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Revenue Generation skills, including ad space sales and sponsorship acquisition
• Expertise in Marketing and Advertising Strategy development and implementation
• Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in team collaboration and cross-department coordination
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in media, journalism, or digital advertising is a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills
