Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Ad Sales Manager to drive revenue by onboarding performance-focused advertisers and agencies. This role is highly data-driven and focuses on ROI, conversions, and scalable growth through CPC, CPA, and CPI-based advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Growth
- Onboard performance advertisers across verticals such as E-commerce, Fintech, Gaming, EdTech, and Apps
- Understand advertiser KPIs including CPA, ROAS, LTV, and funnel metrics
- Set up campaigns aligned to performance goals and scalability benchmarks
Client Servicing & Optimization
- Monitor daily campaign performance and proactively optimize for scale and efficiency
- Work closely with AdOps and analytics teams on tracking, attribution, and postbacks
- Identify underperforming funnels and recommend creative, targeting, or bid changes
- Maintain strong client retention through performance delivery
Revenue & Scale
- Achieve revenue through volume scaling and long-term advertiser retention
- Upsell high-performing traffic sources, premium placements, and exclusive inventory
- Build predictable revenue pipelines through repeat performance budgets
Performance Advertising Expertise
- Sell and manage CPC, CPA, CPI, and hybrid performance models
- Understand attribution tools, fraud prevention, and conversion tracking
- Stay updated with performance trends, privacy regulations, and tracking limitations
Key KPIs
- CPA/ROAS improvement
- Advertiser retention & budget scale
- Monthly revenue from performance campaigns
- Conversion volume & quality score
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of performance marketing and digital funnels
- Hands-on experience with performance KPIs and optimization
- Ability to analyze large datasets and make quick decisions
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, number-driven environments
