About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to support our Ad Sales team. The role involves conducting market research, generating leads, and assisting with client outreach. You will manage email campaigns, make cold calls, and help prepare sales reports. This position offers hands-on experience in business development and customer engagement. Ideal for 2025 passouts or final-year students with strong communication skills.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Conducting market research
  • Identifying business opportunities
  • Managing email campaigns
  • Generating sales leads
  • Making cold calls
  • Participating in meetings
  • Assisting the sales department, wherever possible
  • Maintaining and updating the CRM system
  • Preparing sales reports and presentations
  • Following up with clients for feedback and relationship building
  • Coordinating with internal teams to meet client requirements

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Graduate degree or pursuing graduation (final year)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
