We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Ad Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in digital advertising and media sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential advertisers, agencies, and brands
  • Pitch digital advertising solutions (Display, Video, Native, Performance, etc.)
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable media plans
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Ad Ops, Campaign Management) for smooth execution
  • Track campaign performance and share reports with clients
  • Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a plus)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing / online advertising (preferred)
  • Confident, proactive, and target-driven attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint & email communication
