We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Ad Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in digital advertising and media sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential advertisers, agencies, and brands
- Pitch digital advertising solutions (Display, Video, Native, Performance, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable media plans
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams (Ad Ops, Campaign Management) for smooth execution
- Track campaign performance and share reports with clients
- Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline records
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of digital marketing / online advertising (preferred)
- Confident, proactive, and target-driven attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint & email communication
