Job Description

We're Hiring: Google Ads Associate (Paid Search & Meta Ads)

100% Remote | Contract 6+ months (High chance of extension) | $65 USD/hour

We are partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company that provides automated, cloud-based software for financial operations. We are looking for a skilled, data-driven Google Ads Associate to take ownership of paid search campaigns and help drive high-quality lead generation and pipeline growth.

This is a hands-on role where you will manage and optimize large-scale campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) with strong support on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). If you love diving into data, testing new strategies, and seeing your optimizations directly impact revenue, this is the perfect opportunity.

What You Will Do:

- Manage and aggressively optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube to maximize lead quality and volume.

- Support Meta Ads campaigns (Advantage+, audience targeting, creative testing) to complement paid search efforts.

- Perform daily campaign maintenance: keyword research, negative keywords, bidding strategies, ad copy & extensions, and A/B testing.

- Analyze performance using Google Ads Editor, GA4, Salesforce, and Tableau — then turn insights into actionable optimizations.

- Optimize landing pages and user journeys to improve conversion rates.

- Monitor budgets closely to ensure efficient spend and strong ROI.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads and Meta platform updates, betas, and industry best practices.

- Support senior Paid Media Managers with reporting, data pulls, and cross-channel projects.

What We're Looking For:

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads (Search focus is a must) and other paid search platforms (Microsoft/Bing Ads is a plus).

- Strong experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) is highly valued.

- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads Editor, campaign structuring, keyword strategy, bidding, and ad assets.

- Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Tableau is a strong plus).

- Proven skills in ad copywriting, landing page optimization, A/B testing, and conversion rate improvement.

- Ability to handle multiple accounts/campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical mindset with a true data-driven approach.

- Excellent English communication (written and spoken).

What's In It For You:

- Competitive rate: $65 USD per hour — paid reliably for contract work.

- Fully remote — work from anywhere.

- Long-term contract (6+ months) with high possibility of extension or conversion to full-time.

- Opportunity to work with a sophisticated SaaS product in the fintech/financial operations space and manage meaningful ad budgets.

- High autonomy, real impact on pipeline growth, and exposure to advanced tools (Salesforce + Tableau).

- Chance to grow with the account as the company scales.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives when their optimizations directly contribute to business growth.

How to Apply:

If you have strong Google Ads experience (with proven results in lead generation) and are comfortable with Meta Ads, we want to hear from you!

Please send your updated CV (in English) along with a short note about:

- Your strongest Google Ads campaign achievement (budget, ROAS/CPA, or leads generated)

- Your experience level with Meta Ads
