Role Overview:

We are looking for an Ad Operations & Reporting Intern to support our media buying and analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, highly detail-oriented, and eager to learn the foundations of ad operations and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and launch ads across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Assist in the daily, weekly, and monthly account performance reporting.
• Maintain and update internal trackers for campaigns, budgets, and KPIS.
• Support the team with data extraction, organising reports, and summarising key insights.
• Troubleshoot basic issues related to campaign delivery and reporting discrepancies.

What Are We Looking for:

• Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Good proficiency in Google Sheets, especially formulas, formatting, and Pivot Tables.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn.
