About the Role:

As an AdOps Associate at AdPushup, you are the ultimate advocate for our customers. You will sit right at the center of technology and customer success, acting as the engine that drives our publishers revenue growth. Your primary goal is to make sure our publishers succeed. You'll do this by ensuring their ad layouts are flawless, setting up partners correctly, and constantly looking for ways to improve their ad performance.

You will also build a smart system of knowledge to solve customer requests as quickly as possible. This is a high-impact role where your eye for detail and your ability to solve problems directly help global publishers grow their business.

Required Qualification

  • Education: University Graduate (any discipline, though Tech/Business/Math backgrounds are a plus.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in AdOps, Managing Google Ad Manager or any other ad networks, Website/app testing, have worked with or experienced with HTML or JS.

What You'll Do:

  • Onboarding & Optimisation: Guide new users through the AdPushup product suite, helping them implement and optimise ad layouts for peak performance.
  • Yield Management: Manage and configure Google Ad Manager (GAM), Header Bidding, and individual tag-based partners.
  • Testing & Analysis: Constantly A/B test ad setups and review data results with the singular objective of increasing revenue yield for our clients
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve complex issues from publishers regarding ad delivery, latency, or tracking.
  • Internal Collaboration: Act as the technical bridge for Account Managers and provide support to fellow team members on technical roadblocks.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay ahead of the curve by updating your knowledge on industry shifts (Privacy, Cookieless tracking, Core Web Vitals).

  • Technical Foundations: Understanding of HTML and JavaScript (the building blocks of ad tags).
  • Analytical Mindset: You enjoy digging into data to find patterns and opportunities for improvement.
  • Detail-Oriented: You are meticulous; you understand that a small error in an ad tag can have a large financial impact.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong customer support skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A proactive team player who is active in their approach to problem-solving.
  • Growth Mindset: A genuine willingness to learn new tools and evolve within the rapidly changing AdTech industry.

Bonus Points: Ability to write SQL queries and experience with programmatic reporting.
