Job Description

As a TAS, you will serve as the Technical Account Specialist for a select group of global, high-revenue enterprise publishers. This is a senior-level position that combines Strategic AdTech Consulting and Premium customer support.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical success of partners operating at a large scale, managing complex ad-serving architectures across Web, Mobile App, and OTT/Video. You will act as an expert on the digital marketing ecosystem, ensuring partners optimize their entire AdStack and programmatic yield.

Key Responsibilities

  • Header Bidding, Open Bidding, and RTB auctions to drive revenue growth.
  • Cross-Platform Architecture: Deliver scalable solutions for ad serving across Web (GPT), Mobile App (SDK), and Video (VAST/VMAP) environments.
  • Programmatic Yield Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in Ecosystem Troubleshooting: Investigate complex issues such as mediation source failures, A/B testing logic bugs, and reporting discrepancies between AdStack components.
  • Partner-Engineering Bridge: Translate publisher requirements into actionable feature requests for internal Engineering and Product teams to improve platform serviceability.
  • Executive Technical Support: Manage high-stakes technical escalations via tickets and live consultations, explaining complex auction dynamics to non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Skills Required (must have)

  • Deep understanding of programmatic ad serving (PMP, Programmatic guaranteed etc.)
  • Knowledge of full AdStack, including Ad Manager, Header Bidding wrappers, and Open Bidding configurations.
  • Deep understanding of RTB protocols, VAST/VMAP formats, and native ad implementations.

  • Shift: US Shifts (Night Shifts)
  • Customer Service Skills: Empathy, ownership, and sincerity are crucial.
  • Qualification: Any graduate (we are not hiring undergrad or people with Internship experience)
