AD + LINE PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

0–3 yrs Exp. in a production house is a must.

About Us:

We are an 11-year-old Bangalore-based Production House specialising in Advertising Films and Digital Videos, with Pan-India Projects & Clients. We are a small, close-knit team of around 15 people with an extended network of 50+ remote and hybrid Resources on a project basis.

Responsibilities:

* Support the director in planning and executing the shoot, and manage the floor.

* Coordinate with crew, artists, vendors, and production partners.

* Handle casting, location scouting, bookings, permissions, and recce arrangements.

* Arrange transport, accommodation, food, equipment, and other production needs.

* Prepare and coordinate call sheets and ensure everyone is informed about schedules and timings.

* Be on-ground during shoots and make sure the production runs smoothly.

* Work closely with vendors and negotiate/coordinate production-related requirements efficiently.

* Keep track of production expenses, bills, and petty cash.

* Handle last-minute changes and solve on-ground production issues quickly.

* Coordinate equipment movement, returns, and other wrap-up activities after the shoot.Must possess a strong track record in line production.
