Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional for the role of AD-IPA Delivery Management with 16 to 20 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Robotics Process Automation Tool Power Platform and UiPath along with domain experience in Telecom and Networks. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can drive innovation and efficiency in our delivery processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Robotics Process Automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency in Telecom and Networks domains.
- Oversee the integration of Power Platform tools to streamline business processes and improve productivity.
- Provide expert guidance on UiPath deployment to ensure seamless automation of repetitive tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop tailored solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality automation projects within the stipulated timelines and budget.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation solutions to ensure they meet business objectives.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all automation processes and solutions implemented.
- Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding and usage of automation tools.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Implement best practices in automation to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize existing automation processes.
- Analyze and resolve any technical issues related to automation tools and platforms.
- Support the development of strategic plans to expand automation capabilities within the organization.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in Robotics Process Automation tools with a proven track record of successful implementations.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Power Platform to develop and deploy automation solutions.
- Have in-depth knowledge of UiPath and its application in automating business processes.
- Exhibit strong domain expertise in Telecom and Networks understanding industry-specific challenges.
