About The Role
We are looking for a clinically strong, research-driven leader to design all medical protocols, frameworks, and doctor-facing systems. This role is ideal for someone deeply scientific, detail-oriented, and experienced in obesity care, GLP, and evidence-based clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Strategy, Training & Protocol Design
- Design, standardise, and optimise treatment protocols, clinical workflows, and patient care journeys
- Build structured doctor training content, onboarding modules, and upskilling frameworks
- Ensure all protocols follow ethical guidelines, GLP principles, and regulatory standards
Doctor Network Leadership
- Lead doctor hiring strategy, competency framework, and selection standards
- Build and nurture a strong network of in-house and consultant doctors
- Mentor, coach, and support doctors on clinical quality and patient management
Quality, Compliance & Collaboration
- Oversee clinical governance, medical accuracy, and quality benchmarks
- Work cross-functionally with product, tech, ops, and leadership to integrate clinical excellence
- Track patient outcomes, treatment efficacy, and feedback to refine protocols
Requirements
- MBBS required (MD preferred)
- Strong knowledge of obesity medicine, nutrition, weight management, and supplements
- 6-10 years in clinical operations, medical advisory, or digital health
- Strong scientific temperament, analytical mindset, excellent communication
- Bangalore-based, comfortable in a fast-paced hybrid startup culture
