Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a group-wide talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth and workforce plans.

- Partner with global stakeholders and business heads to deliver on leadership, tech, and operational hiring needs across verticals.

- Lead a high-performing TA team, driving speed, quality, and scalability in recruitment.

- Strengthen employer branding and ensure an exceptional candidate experience across all touch points.

- Leverage data, analytics, and automation to optimize hiring efficiency, compliance, and diversity outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong TA professional with 12 to 18 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition leadership.

- Prior experience of scaling teams in a technology or R&D set up is a must.

- Strong communication skills and experience of handling senior stakeholders in a global environment.

- Visionary, results-driven, and adept at leading diverse teams.
