We're a full-service marketing agency specializing in cross-border marketing funnels. We help brands expand across borders with end-to-end strategy, content, paid media, and sales support. Offices in Shanghai and Nagpur, clients across multiple countries.

The Role

We're looking for an Ad Creative Designer who can create high-performing graphics for paid advertising and social media campaigns.

This is not a traditional graphic design role.

We're looking for someone who understands attention, hooks, messaging, and what makes people stop scrolling.

Bonus if you can also edit short-form video ads.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing static ad creatives for Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms
• Creating carousel creatives for organic and paid campaigns
• Translating marketing concepts and offers into compelling visuals
• Working closely with our team to test different creative angles and messaging
• Incorporating feedback quickly and maintaining brand consistency across accounts
• Bonus: Editing short-form video advertisements and social content

What We're Looking For

• Strong graphic design skills
• Experience creating advertisements, not just social media posts
• Understanding of what makes an ad perform
• Good eye for layout, copy placement, hooks, and user attention
• Ability to work fast and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and responsiveness

Compensation

• ₹300 per static creative
• ₹150 per carousel page
• Additional opportunities available for video editing work
• Long-term work available for consistent performers
