- 10+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 8 years of experience in leading a QA team and 10 years in automation.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional and non-functional testing.
- Create AI driven automation strategies.
- Experience with automation testing tools, such as Selenium-Java, Playwright.
- Strong programming skills in Java/TS.
- Experience with API testing and automation.
- Understanding of pipeline creation and configuration.
- Experience with load testing, performance testing, and compatibility testing tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to plan and prioritize testing activities for self and team.
- Understand application requirements and create comprehensive test scenarios and test data to validate software applications.
- Good knowledge on test data management
- Lead a team of 5-10 QA engineers and provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
