• Solid experience with Azure AD, B2C, and Entra ID, especially handling external user onboarding and access flows
• Should have experience on custom policies and understands user journey design in B2C
• Comfortable with B2C integrations with systems like CRM, understands how provisioning and invitations work end to end
• Should be able to lead architecture discussions with stakeh`olders; explain current setup, planned changes, and known gaps/issues
• Familiar with DR and backup strategies in Azure (App Services/Configs, Key Vaults, etc.)
• Aware of the upcoming shift to Entra External ID, can guide on what needs to be considered for migration
• Strong communication skills; should be able to document clearly, engage with both technical and non-technical teams
