Hiring pensions actuaries for one of our client in Gurgaon location
Technical:
- Familiarity with the US Defined Benefit (DB) pension space, including but not limited to:
- Funding valuations
- Accounting valuations
- Regulatory filing requirements
- Anticipating and preparing consulting scenarios based on regulatory results and other events
- Understanding the regulatory framework and staying updated on ongoing changes in the U.S. DB landscape
- Supporting DB-related processes
Mentorship & Leadership:
- Provide technical mentorship and build actuarial expertise
- Mentor and coach pricing, reserving, reporting, and modeling teams
- Lead a community of actuarial analysts and consultants
- Contribute to the development of actuarial credentials and technical maturity within the business unit
