Role Description The Actor Model at Lernx Support is a full-time, remote role responsible for performing in video, audio, and live virtual formats to bring learning and support content to life. In this role, you will interpret scripts, portray characters, and deliver information in a clear, engaging, and professional manner suitable for diverse audiences. You will collaborate with content creators, directors, and production teams to rehearse, refine performances, and adapt to feedback. Daily tasks include participating in virtual rehearsals, recording sessions, and on-camera or voice-over work, as well as reviewing materials in advance to understand objectives, tone, and key messages. You may also assist with promotional content, training simulations, role-play scenarios, and internal communications, ensuring consistent representation of the Lernx Support brand.
Qualifications
- Strong acting skills, including character portrayal, emotional range, and clear delivery of lines across video and audio formats.
- Experience with on-camera performance, voice-over work, or theater, with the ability to adapt style to educational and support-focused content.
- Comfort working with scripts, teleprompters, and direction, including the ability to take feedback and quickly adjust performance.
- Professional communication skills, including clear diction, active listening, and respectful collaboration with creative and production teams.
- Reliable remote work setup, including stable internet, quiet recording space, and willingness to use provided or approved recording tools.
- Strong time-management and self-organization skills, with the ability to meet production schedules and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Prior experience in e-learning, educational media, or instructional content is a plus but not required.
- Portfolio, showreel, or sample recordings demonstrating previous acting or performance work strongly
