Role Description The Actor Model role at L'Oréal Paris is a full-time remote position focused on representing the brand in visual and promotional content. Day-to-day activities include participating in remote photo and video shoots, live or recorded digital campaigns, and virtual casting sessions. The role involves interpreting scripts or creative briefs, presenting products on camera, and collaborating with creative teams to bring brand stories to life. The Actor Model will maintain a professional appearance consistent with brand guidelines, provide availability for scheduled productions, and respond promptly to direction and feedback from directors, stylists, and producers. The position may also include virtual training sessions, remote fittings or styling consultations, and occasional live online appearances or social media features.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated on-camera performance ability, including acting, modeling, or presenting experience in digital, print, or video campaigns.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to take direction, interpret scripts or briefs, and collaborate effectively with creative and production teams.
- Comfort working remotely with digital tools (video conferencing, file sharing platforms) and reliable access to high-speed internet and a suitable home workspace.
- Professional demeanor, punctuality, and the ability to maintain consistent grooming and personal presentation aligned with brand standards.
- Understanding of or interest in beauty, skincare, and haircare products, with the ability to authentically represent diverse consumer needs.
- Prior experience in commercial acting, fashion or beauty modeling, influencer/content creation, or related performance fields is advantageous.
