This is an opportunity for freshers/entry-level candidates to join our team as a Network Support/Desktop Support Engineer. You will be responsible for providing technical support to our users, troubleshooting network and desktop issues, and ensuring smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for end-users in a timely and effective manner.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network and desktop-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software for desktops and laptops.
• Assist in network setup and maintenance, including routers and switches.
• Document technical processes and user guides for future reference.
• Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and service delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

• Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with desktop support tools and remote support software.
• Knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
