Job Description

5 to 12 years of hands-on IT infrastructure and enterprise directory administration.

Core Skills: Expert knowledge of Windows Server infrastructure, Kerberos authentication, and AD health monitoring.

Cloud/Hybrid Knowledge: Solid grasp of Azure/Entra ID integration, app registrations, and hybrid identity troubleshooting.

Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and reporting.

Soft Skills: Experience leading outage resolution bridges, mentoring junior L1/L2 teams, and participating in on-call support rotations
