Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, GPO, Azure AD/Entra ID
- Handle PKI/certificate management and related requests
- Participate in and lead domain-specific IT projects
- Define and implement IT processes, documentation, and best practices
- Provide technical support, training, and user assistance
- Proactively maintain account hygiene, security policies, and system health
- Coordinate with international teams and align with global IT standards
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in AD, Azure AD, GPO, DNS, LDAPs
- Hands-on experience with PKI and certificate lifecycle management
- Familiar with ITIL processes and tools like ServiceNow
- Working knowledge of networking, OS, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Experience working in global/remote team environments
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
