Active Directory Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, DNS, GPO, Azure AD/Entra ID
• Handle PKI/certificate management and related requests
• Participate in and lead domain-specific IT projects
• Define and implement IT processes, documentation, and best practices
• Provide technical support, training, and user assistance
• Proactively maintain account hygiene, security policies, and system health
• Coordinate with international teams and align with global IT standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in AD, Azure AD, GPO, DNS, LDAPs
• Hands-on experience with PKI and certificate lifecycle management
• Familiar with ITIL processes and tools like ServiceNow
• Working knowledge of networking, OS, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Experience working in global/remote team environments

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
