Active Directory Engineer

• The Active Directory Engineer will be a member of the Active Directory Level 3 Engineering team The successful candidate will work across various businesses and technology organizations to research design and release standards for corporate Active Directory and related environment
• This role requires an in depth knowledge of Active Directory Windows Server 200820122012 R2 MIIS andor FIM Windows security and related technology
• Key member of our Engineering team Interfacing collaborating and governing all work related to this role
• Produce enterpriselevel designs for key global initiatives and following those through to implementation through collaboration with project engineering and support teams
• Must be able to work in a team environment with a can do attitude capable of overcoming difficult challenges
• Identify opportunities to innovate extend and enhance service delivery everywhere possible
• Coordinate and lead projects through all phases of design and implementation
• Architectural health of Active Directory schema trusts OU structure etc
• Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management for corporate Identity Management environment
• Serves as escalation point for application support and troubleshooting provides guidance and direction in resolution of escalated issues andor complex production application or system problems
• Minimum 5 years overall IT experience with 35 years of experience working with Microsoft Identity technologies
• Must show a progressive advancement in responsibility including deep troubleshooting technical skills
• Expert knowledge of AD ADFS PKI in Windows Server 20082012 Windows Server 200820122012 R2
• Expert knowledge in administering Active Directory AD and GPOs
• Knowledge of DellQuest Active Directory Suite Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Forefront Identity Management are preferable
• Expert knowledge of UNIX DNS DHCP WINS DFS in a Windows 20082012 landscape
• Must have an understanding of how to identify and instill industry best practices
• Extensive experience with infrastructure and server theories principles and concepts application infrastructure and standards networking fundamentals Windows Physical Server architecture
• Ability to translate technical issues into understandable business language for end users Develops documents and enforces the standards security procedures and controls for access to ensure integrity of the Windows Systems Active Directory and related systems
• Selfdriven and be able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Desired experience working in a regulated bankingfinancial environment

Education

• Preferred Bachelors Degree and MCSE
