About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Activation Desk Executive to drive client onboarding completion and account activation. This role focuses on converting onboarded users into active traders by ensuring smooth KYC completion, account readiness, and first transaction activation.

The Activation Desk will act as the last-mile conversion engine between onboarding and active trading.

Key Responsibilities

Client Activation & Conversion

  • Drive activation of newly onboarded clients by ensuring KYC completion and account readiness
  • Convert inactive or partially onboarded users into active clients
  • Assist clients in completing first trade / first transaction journey

Client Communication & Support

  • Reach out to clients via calls, WhatsApp, and email to resolve onboarding issues
  • Educate clients on platform usage, trading processes, and account activation steps
  • Handle queries related to KYC, account status, and activation delays

Onboarding & KYC Coordination

  • Coordinate with KYC and operations teams to resolve documentation issues
  • Ensure smooth processing of account opening, verification, and activation workflows
  • Track and follow up on pending KYC cases and rejections

Funnel Management & Tracking

  • Manage and track the onboarding-to-activation funnel
  • Monitor drop-offs and identify reasons for activation delays or failures
  • Work on improving conversion rates and activation timelines (TATs)

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with sales, KYC, operations, and product teams
  • Provide feedback to improve onboarding journeys and user experience
  • Escalate and resolve system or process-related issues

Reporting & MIS

  • Maintain daily MIS on activations, pending cases, and conversion metrics
  • Track KPIs such as activation rate, TAT, and first trade conversion
  • Provide insights to improve activation efficiency and user experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in client servicing, onboarding, activation, or sales support (preferably in broking/fintech)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of stock markets and trading platforms
  • Ability to handle high-volume client interactions

Preferred (Good To Have)

  • Experience in stock broking, fintech, or financial services onboarding
  • Familiarity with KYC processes, demat accounts, and trading activation flows
  • Exposure to CRM tools, dialers, or ticketing systems
