Job Title: Actimize Developer Experience: 3-7 Years Qualification BE / B. Tech / M. Tech - Computer Engineering Role & Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:.
Maintain and enhance banking systems, specifically AML solutions built on the NICE Actimize platform.
Perform system impact analysis, design, and development, including local code customization, unit testing, and application of product patches/core packages.
Provide support for system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production implementation.
Create and maintain SDLC artifacts such as functional specifications, technical documents, system layouts, diagrams, and user manuals.
Manage and support system environments across production and testing, ensuring stability and performance.
Deliver BAU support to business units, including troubleshooting issues and ensuring quality assurance.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in NICE Actimize (SAM/ActOne/AIS) development/support within banking or financial institutions.
Strong understanding of corporate banking domain, AML processes, and regulatory controls.
Expertise in scenario governance, rule configuration, cloning, and optimization for transaction monitoring (TMS/SAM).
Hands-on experience in alert generation, detection debugging, scoring, and alert distribution mechanisms.
Proficient in case management workflows (CMT) including alert handling, investigation, reporting, and quality assurance.
Experience with Actimize Delivery Module, system enhancements, and full SDLC lifecycle execution.
Strong technical skills in Oracle Database, Shell Scripting, and basic Linux operations.
Ability to analyze complex problems, perform troubleshooting, and deliver solutions in fast-paced environments.
Capable of mentoring junior team members, planning test cases, and assessing regression impacts.
Proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, and decision-making abilities.
