Role: Actimize ActOne Lead (eRCM | AML/Fraud | Java | SQL)
Location: Mumbai, MH
We are hiring a senior Actimize ActOne Lead with strong eRCM expertise to drive design, development, and support of enterprise-scale Financial Crime solutions.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role focused on Actimize ActOne platform delivery, complex case management (eRCM), and performance optimization in large banking environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & develop Actimize ActOne and eRCM solutions
- Configure alerts, workflows, dashboards, and case management modules
- Build plugins, reusable components, and scheduler jobs
- Manage entitlements, case lifecycles, and DART configurations
- Develop and optimize complex SQL, schemas, and stored procedures
- Handle XSL/XSLT-based UI and reporting customizations
- Lead integration, production support (L3), and performance tuning
- Conduct code reviews and guide junior developers
Required Skills:
- 12+ years IT experience, atleast 8+ years Actimize ActOne (mandatory)
- Strong eRCM implementation experience
- Expertise in Actimize ActOne framework & architecture
- Strong Java + advanced SQL (tuning, performance, RCA)
- Experience with XSL/XSLT transformations
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- AML/ Fraud/ Financial Crime domain experience
- Exposure to IFM/ RCM/ Watchlist filtering
- Banking/ regulatory environment experience
