Role Purpose:
The Assistant Branch Manager - Inbound is responsible for managing day-to-day branch operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting overall branch efficiency. ,

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth functioning. ,
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, RBI guidelines, audit requirements, AML, and KYC norms.
• Authorize and verify customer transaction requests processed by branch staff.
• Monitor branch lobby management and customer queues to enhance service quality.
• Handle cash operations, foreign exchange (FX), and related banking services within approved limits.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely closure within defined TATs.
• Ensure accurate account-opening documentation and compliance checks before submission.
• Support branch business goals through customer engagement and relationship management.
